Amazing restaurant with view of Eiffel Tower, Paris

Dreamy Eiffel Tower in Paris France Europe

Paris can be both overwhelming as well as mesmerising for first timers! Same was true for me, I fell for the Parisian architecture, its art culture and the historical significance. My visit was in March beginning and yet it was freakishly cold and rained all the time and even spoiling some of my plans. But the one thing great for me was the hotel I chose giving me a great view of the Eiffel. So, here I present my recommendation for a pleasant hotel & incredible restaurant with view of Eiffel Tower.

View of Eiffel Tower

The very first day when I walked from my hotel and hoped to reach the iconic 324 meters tall Tour Eiffel on foot. The moment I reached the Seine River on a cloudy morning I saw the classic Paris Eiffel Tower right in front of eyes imagining how high is the Eiffel Tower! Looking at it beyond those leafless I didn’t fall in love with the Eiffel Tower instantly, well sometimes falling in love isn’t that easy. As soon as I stepped every inch closer to the Eiffel Tower, I started to like it more and more.

One can get the best view of the Eiffel Tower from anywhere in the Paris city considering the fact how high is the Eiffel tower. No matter where one stands in the French capital, they will probably get the best view of the Eiffel tower.

The majestic Eiffel tower can produce gorgeous photographs from all the angles bearing in mind how high is the Eiffel Tower.  Let it be from across the Seine river like the one I clicked on a cloudy day, or from the rooftop of the hotels with Eiffel tower view. As soon as you step right below it, that is another moment of realization of how high is the Eiffel Tower. Then it hits us hard that’s probably one of the reasons it is one of the most photographed landmarks in the world.

Best restaurant with view of Eiffel Tower

Right outside the Trocadero station was Cafe du Trocadero giving me the best view of the Eiffel Tower. It was one of that typical restaurant with view of Eiffel Tower and local Parisian aura. So if you’re looking for a renowned restaurant look no further, head to Cafe du Trocadero and enjoy a glass of wine or a cuppa coffee (like me) there. The below picture; I clicked from the same restaurant with view of the Eiffel Tower on a cloudy morning.

Eiffel Tower view from Cafe du Trocadero restaurant

Indeed I clicked tons of Eiffel Tower pictures, although the Eiffel Tower picture with clouds masking it will have to be my favourite.  It gave me the most vivid memory and the best view of the Eiffel Tower that too all in a single frame. • Good for Breakfast?

If you’re like me who like to soak in the local vibe of the place you’re visiting, you are going to love Cafe du Trocadero. I used to start my day with a hot cappuccino from one of the best restaurants with such an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower.

Excellent hotel with a view of Eiffel Tower – Paris

I stayed in the Hotel Palais de Chaillot which was excellent for its great location giving me the best view of the Eiffel Tower from its fifth floor. I highly recommend Palais de Chaillot for a vibe of the true Parisian neighbourhood & amazing restaurants nearby. The train connectivity at the nearby Trocadero station was another plus for me. This one of the those best cheap hotels with Eiffel Tower view. I could see the Eiffel Tower at night shinning right outside those gorgeous French windows.

  • Should you stay here?

If you’re looking for hotels with Eiffel tower view in a Parisian neighbourhood, then I highly recommend Palais de Chaillot. They have an easy check in and check out function, super helpful staff. Location is the USP, they are amazingly close to Trocadero – known for the best view of the Eiffel Tower.

Beyond all these, a cosy hotel, typical Parisian neighbourhood and best train connectivity, Palais de Chaillot is a perfect choice. It is also a decent hotel for a couple. If you’re going with family, you might want to check out with them for a bigger family room. I was given a room at 5th floor which gave me amazing Eiffel tower view from room window itself. So, if a room with view of Eiffel Tower is your preference, then I suggest staying on the top floors.

Great photos! It’s so nice to get a great view and be within walking distance of somewhere like this. When I was in Paris, we had to walk forever to get to the tower, so this is really nice!

  16. I am a sucker for Paris and its gorgeous views. My favourite view is just sitting in a cute cafe, sipping a coffee 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

    1. Mine too💙

  17. Oh I wish that I had this when we first went to Paris. It’s crazy trying to find reputable places. Even if the tower is as ugly as sin 😉

    1. Ha ha I agree 😉

  18. I love just sitting at local coffee shops and just people watching in new cities. I would love to sip on a latte at Cafe du Trocadero!

    1. Hope you enjoy coffee there whenever you go🙂

  19. I would love to go to Paris! It’s on my list to get to in the next year. I always struggle with finding a good coffee shop (sometimes the choice is so hard – especially since there are so many *bad* coffee places out there lol). I’ll definitely note your recommendations 😀

    1. Hope you like it🙂

  20. I never really understood the fascination with the Eiffel Tower, it looked to me like any other metal construct, just bigger and taller. But I guess there is beauty in something as iconic as it is. Maybe when I see in for myself, I will finally understand.

    1. Honestly even my first thought was something like that, thought maybe it’s overrated. But the more I came closer to it, the more I liked it. Hope you’ll like it too.

  21. You got a great photo of the iron beast there! I visited during the winter and hope to go back one day to get some beautiful photos in summer time 🙂 Thanks so much for sharing this post!

  22. Never been to Paris, but this Eiffel Tower shot with clouds is really cool and lovely. I wish to visit one day. 🙂

  23. Wow Eiffel Tower is fantastic. I always want to vacation in Paris! Dinner at Eiffel Tower is a dream for me.

  28. Those clouds in the background do look like a painting:) I admire the Eiffel from afar, since climbing stairs is not my favorite thing to do. The Louvre and Musee de Picasso was more meaningful to me. Oh, not to forget eating breakfast and the rolled up chocolate crepes atr a stand. How long were you in Paris?

    1. Yes, I also skipped the stairs 🙂 though I think I should have atleast tried🙂
I visited Musee De Orsay and it was surely wonderful. Parisian restaurants cannot be missed for sure🙂 I was there for a short work trip of 10 days. Are you from Paris??

      1. I am from Holland, but have French roots. (And have lived for half of my life in the USA)
It’s only 5 hours drive by car from Amsterdam to Paris:)
For someone living in the USA 10 days is long!! A short trip would be a long weekend:)

      2. Well yeah 10days is no less as well🙂 but for a person who loves to explore..10 days is little less to live in a city and not to forget like a local 😊

  29. So beautiful!

    1. Thank you so much 🙂

    1. Thank you 🙂

  30. Beautifully done!

    1. Thank you😊
