One of the luxurious hotels in the 7th largest town of Gujarat is the Click Hotel. The Click Hotel Junagadh is known to be chosen by celebrities. There are various budget hotels in the town. Though if you prefer a bit of luxury in your budget, then The Click Hotel Junagadh is for you. Here’s my review of the hotel where I stayed with my family.Â

The Click Hotel Junagadh Review
I never judge a hotel by the celebrities it hosts, but by pure merits. How humble and welcoming the staff is, the services they provide and above all, the food. Even location plays an important role.
Amenities
There’s more to my review of The Click Hotel Junagadh, but here are some highlights:
- Separate shower bathrooms
- Flat-screen, satellite TVs
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Air-conditioning
- Airport pick-up and drop
- Tea/ Coffee makes
- Extra Mattress Available
- Breakfast buffet.
- Welcome drink on arrival
The Room
The Click Hotel Junagadh is a 3-star hotel located next to the railway station of the town and opposite the Sardar Patel Darwaja. They have double occupancy rooms with twin and full bed options.

If you’re travelling with family, you might have to book more than one room. We were three people, and no extra rooms were available, so the staff provided us with an extra mattress. Even we arrived early morning and checked in before dawn, so our double occupancy room wasn’t ready. We took the twin bed double occupancy room which was the only one available at that hour. With a mattress in place, there was slightly less space to move around freely, but nothing we couldn’t endure.Â
The room otherwise is a standard room with a side table and tea maker available. The wardrobe in the room was spacious enough for three people travelling for a few days. The coffee and tea maker helped me get out of bed. The staff made sure we had ample supplies of tea and coffee as we were three members. They also gave 2 complimentary water bottles, and the staff refilled those so we didn’t have to buy a new one. That’s always my preferred means when I travel as it helps me to be a responsible tourist and do my bit. Â
The Bathroom
The one thing I prefer in a hotel is how good their bathroom is. Thankfully, the Click Hotel Junagadh came through in that department. A standard bathroom with a different shower area which was ample in space.

There were single-use toiletries which I hardly promote and use. I always carry my own essentials including shampoo, soap, and cream. Sadly, they didn’t have a dryer in the bathroom, which I feel should have been provided in a hotel of this stature.

The Restaurant
One of the best things about The Click Hotel Junagadh is its Cinnamon Restaurant. The breakfast buffet included in the room tariff included a lot of delicacies from all over India. Be it North Indian parantha, the famous Poha from Maharastra, or a dosa, the buffet menu didn’t disappoint me. They also had freshly prepared tea and coffee, along with cornflakes with fresh milk.

We stayed out of the hotel most of the time, but the dinner’s ala carte menu also had a wide variety of options to choose from. Although, they don’t serve Gujarati food which was a letdown for me. The staff mentioned that most of the guests and tourists prefer other delights than the Gujarati ones.
The Location
I loved how The Click Hotel Junagadh was located so close to all the major tourist places to see in Junagadh. Those travelling to Junagadh via train will have the hotel literally under 2 minutes of distance. For me, the view of the Sardar Patel Darwaja from the hotel’s windows was a major plus. I used to walk outside the hotel post-dinner to catch a glimpse of the gate shining in the night.Â
The Room Tariff
As it is one of the most lavish hotels in the town, the room tariffs start from 2900₹ (~42$) to 4000₹ (57$). This rate includes a breakfast buffet and tea and coffee maker in the room.Â
Would I Return?
Definitely! If I’ll visit Junagadh again, I’d choose The Click Hotel Junagadh for a comfortable stay on a budget. The Click Hotels have hotels in other locations as well, including Bhuj, Mumbai, and Dubai. Hopefully, I can try to stay there as well.Â
